Danielle has always loved real estate; when other kids were dreaming of going to the moon, she fantasized about being a landlord. After earning a degree in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach, she spent over ten years in residential sales and commercial asset management, acquisitions, and leasing before building her own long distance portfolio of apartments with control of over 200 units. Throughout her commercial career, Danielle has worn many hats while working on a portfolio of 15 lifestyle and grocery anchored shopping centers. From asset management and project management, to leasing and acquisitions of 8 lifestyle centers, she has done it all. Through this journey she has developed an effortless ability to nurture relationships and manage assets that has proven to be crucial for the smooth and profitable operation of Real Growths' assets.
